What does the Starter Plan include each month?
- Implementation and maintenance of site-wide schema: Organization, FAQ, Article, Breadcrumb and other types suited to your industry
- 5–10 articles optimized each month to the answer-first standard (written new or rewritten from existing content)
- Citation tracking on 2 AI platforms (ChatGPT + Google AI Overviews by default, adjustable by industry)
- A fixed set of 15–20 target questions measured every month so you can see the trend
- Monthly report: citation counts, pages being cited, work completed and next month's plan
- Email support during business hours

Why does the Starter Plan require a 3-month minimum?
Because AI needs 2–6 weeks to re-crawl and refresh its citation sources after each change. Running one month and stopping almost guarantees you won't see results — we don't want to take your money for the wrong expectation.
Are the 5–10 monthly articles new or optimized existing ones?
Both, depending on your website's current state. If you already have plenty of quality articles, we prioritize rewriting them to the answer-first standard — results come faster. If you have little content, we write new articles based on the questions your customers actually ask.
Which 2 platforms do you track citations on?
By default, ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews — the two platforms most used in Vietnam. If your industry is different (for example, your customers prefer Perplexity), we switch the tracked platforms accordingly.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth?
Yes, at any time, and all your tracking data carries over. Many clients start with 3 months of Starter to see the first signals, then move to Growth when they want to accelerate.
