Frequently asked questions about pricing and payment
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. The audit is a one-time service. Monthly plans only require a 3-month minimum commitment — enough time for AI to update its citation sources — after which they renew month to month, and you can stop anytime with 15 days' notice.
How does payment work?
Bank transfer on a monthly basis, paid at the start of each period. The audit is paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery of the report. We issue full invoices for businesses.
Is there a refund policy?
For the audit: if the report is not delivered as committed in scope, we refund 100%. For monthly plans: the work completed each month (schema, articles, reports) is a real deliverable, so we don't refund based on perception — in return, you see exactly what was done in the monthly report and can stop after the minimum commitment.
Do prices include VAT?
Listed prices exclude VAT. When an invoice is issued, VAT is applied per current regulations. The official quote we send you will state both figures clearly so there are no surprises.
